Oppida AI Literacy Taster – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing the Oppida AI Literacy Taster (“Taster”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Access

The Taster provides access to a limited selection of Oppida’s AI Literacy content for evaluation and learning purposes.

Access is:

• Granted for 30 days from the date of activation
• Limited to up to four (4) named users
• Provided as a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence
• Intended for internal use only

No ownership of the content is transferred as part of this purchase.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Access and view the content during the 30-day period
• Use the content for internal learning, evaluation, and discussion
• Share access only with the four nominated users
• Follow any instructions or calls to action included within the content

4. Restrictions on Use

You may not, without prior written consent from Oppida:

• Share, distribute, sublicense, or provide access to the content beyond the four permitted users
• Upload or host the content on your internal systems, LMS, or platforms
• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Use the content for commercial purposes beyond evaluation
• Rebrand or present the content as your own
• Use the content, frameworks, or materials to train AI systems, models, or internal datasets
• Extract or reuse frameworks, methodologies, or templates for your own programs or products

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Oppida.

Access to the Taster grants a limited licence only. No rights, title, or ownership are transferred.

6. Access Period and Termination

Access to the Taster will automatically expire after 30 days.

Oppida reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms & Conditions are breached.

7. Future Use

Any continued use of the content beyond the 30-day period, including broader rollout, integration, or customisation, will require a separate agreement with Oppida.

No ongoing rights are implied beyond the Taster.

8. Fees and Refunds

All fees are payable upfront and are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access to the Taster is provided upon receipt of payment.

9. Data and Communications

By purchasing or accessing the Taster, you agree that Oppida may:

• Collect and store user information including names, email addresses, and participation data
• Track engagement and completion data for internal analysis and product improvement
• Use provided contact details to communicate with users about the Taster, including follow-up communications and related offerings

Oppida will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. No Warranty

The Taster is provided “as is” for educational purposes.

While Oppida aims to provide high-quality, accurate content, no guarantees are made regarding:

• Specific outcomes
• Suitability for your organisation
• Uninterrupted or error-free access

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oppida is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Taster.

This includes decisions made based on the content.

12. Confidentiality

You agree not to share or disclose Oppida’s content, frameworks, or methodologies outside your organisation without prior written consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
